1.
EMPLOYABILITY
PROGRAM
APPROPRIATION.
There
is

appropriated
from
the
general
fund
of
the
state
to
the
board
of

parole
for
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2012,
and
ending
3
June
30,
2013,
the
following
amount,
or
so
much
thereof
as
is
4
necessary,
to
be
used
for
the
purposes
designated:

of
employability
program
established
in

section

Notwithstanding
section
8.33,
moneys
appropriated
in
this

remain
unencumbered

unobligated
at
the

revert
but
shall
remain
available
for

expenditure

the
purposes
designated
until
the
close
of
the
12
succeeding
fiscal
year.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
relates
to
the
certificate
of
employability
15
program
for
persons
on
parole
or
persons
no
longer
on
parole
16
who
are
unemployed
or
underemployed.

The
bill
appropriates
moneys
from
the
general
fund
of
18
the
state
to
the
board
of
parole
for
the
certificate
of
19
employability
program
established
in
Code
section
906.19.
20
Notwithstanding
Code
section
8.33,
moneys
appropriated
in
21
the
bill
that
remain
unencumbered
or
unobligated
at
the
close
22
of
the
fiscal
year
shall
not
revert
but
shall
remain
available
23
for
expenditure
for
the
purposes
designated
until
the
close
of
24
the
succeeding
fiscal
year.
