than

readily
available.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
requires
the
director
of
the
department
of

administrative
services
to
establish
a
procedure
for

encouraging
the
use
of
wheel
weights
composed
of
materials

other
than
lead
in
the
servicing,
repair,
or
maintenance
of
a

state-owned
vehicle,
where
wheel
weights
composed
of
materials

are

available.
