H.F. 2060 Section 1. Section 321.18, Code Supplement 2009, is amended 1 by adding the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 10. Any trailer that is used exclusively 3 in parades which are authorized by proper permit from local 4 authorities and sponsored by a recognized military veterans 5 organization listed in section 35A.2 or 37.2 and that is used 6 on city streets or secondary roads only on the day the trailer 7 is used in such a parade. 8 EXPLANATION 9 This bill provides an exemption from vehicle registration 10 requirements for a trailer that is used exclusively in 11 veterans parades which are sponsored by a recognized veterans 12 organization and authorized by local authorities.
