statewide
immunization

registry

health
information
network
,
except

vaccinations

other
emergency
immunizations

administered

persons
eighteen
years

age

older
in
response
to
a
public
health
emergency

The
board

shall
adopt
rules
requiring
the
reporting
of

administration
