A good, sensible bill as courts don't always get their rulings right, can be unconstitutional, or just plainly wrong all the way. such as the two judges that ruled the agriculture (aka ag gag) protection bills squelched the animal zealots' free speech, while condoning the breaking the law via, trespass, breaking and entering, theft, etc.

We may not always agree with the legislature, but we definitely want to hear their opinion. The court is not going to be prejudiced in any way by this bill, so this is a good bill. The more perspectives the court hears on a matter, the better.
