In support of but please remove the end date and just leave it that no school can require the Covid19 vaccine. The risk to children appears to be low for natural Covid infection, and the fact the vaccines do not stop transmission, there is no reason for this vaccine to be required. There is potential for the health of children to be at risk from the vaccine, given the increase in reactions and myocarditis.Covid vaccines should have always been a medical choice between the people and their providers.

Children are not at risk. The vaccine does not prevent spread or transmission. It is our job to protect children, not sacrifice them in a wasted effort to keep adults safe. Children are more likely to have a negative reaction to this vaccine than they are likely to be hospitalized from the virus itself. Please amend this bill to remove the end date.

I stand in support of this bill and request removal of the end date. The science has shown us that children have never been a high risk of catching, spreading, nor being a high risk for severe illness when it comes to covid19. To mandate a product for children that has no long term studies showing its safety or efficacy is extremely concerning. Especially, since the clinical trial studies are ongoing and do not conclude until the fall of 2022, and winter of 2023, respectively. The authorization for the children is only still under emergency use authorization only. Let us err on the side of caution when it comes to our children.

I am in support of this bill and also request that there is no end date. With almost 24 months of data we now know the risks involved for COVID19. We are also gathering data from the CDC on the risks of this experimental gene therapy vaccine. Since we now know that the COVID19 vaccines do not prevent transmission or infection of Covid19 it would not be logical to require this of students or children for enrollment in school or daycare.

I am in support of this bill. The vaccine does not prevent transmission, children have never been a high risk, and we do not know the longterm effects of this vaccine. I also agree with other comments in regard to removing the end date.

I completely understand the concern over children getting this vaccine while it isn't approved for them. That being said, when/if a vaccine is deemed safe for children I think this bill should sunset. We have eradicated everything from polio, measles and many other diseases though these kinds of mandates. The first mandated vaccination in the United States was when George Washington ordered the vaccination of the Continental Army. If the founding father on the one dollar bill had his troops vaccinated against Variola (smallpox), I think we should take pause in the heat of this moment to ponder that decision.
